  We can arrange courier delivery via Rangeview Transport, a specialist tree courier service we use and trust at Tree Makers. Available for VIC, ACT, NSW, and QLD. The alternate option is via FedEx to all other areas.

Pickup, Shipping, and Delivery options

Shipping at checkout will be “$0” - this does not mean that shipping is free. Shipping costs will be invoiced once an arrangement is found after the trees(s) are purchased. At checkout, you will be prompted to nominate your preferred collection or delivery method. Pick-up is free for all trees directly from us at Tree Makers Studio & Garden in the Blue Mountains. Various nationwide shipping is available only for selected trees.

Due to interstate biosecurity quarantine laws, trees cannot be shipped/delivered to the states of WA and TAS without prior planning. No international shipping is available.

Boarding Trees

We offer boarding at Tree Makers. Boarding will apply if;

• You keep your tree on site for care for over 1 month

• To keep on site for use in future classes

• If you have work that you hire us to apply to the tree on-site

  Boarding charges are collected at the beginning of each month after the purchase of each tree(s). Boarding fees cover from the 1st to the end of the month. Boarding starts at $40 per tree per month. If trees leave Tree Makers inside of the billed month, no discount is applied as boarding is applied on a month-to-month basis.

Terms of Sale

Tree purchases are non-refundable. This is considered agreed upon once a purchase is made.

The purchaser acknowledges that due to the continually changing nature of a living, growing product, tree(s) may differ slightly in form and shape from those in the photographs.

Upon acquisition of the tree(s) by the purchaser or nominated recipient and from that moment forward, Tree Makers releases all responsibility for health, life, and changes to the tree(s). We take no responsibility for the death of trees once they have left our care.
