If you have work that you hire us to apply to the tree on-site
Boarding charges are collected at the beginning of each month after the purchase of each tree(s). Payment covers from the time of invoice sent until the end of the month. Boarding starts at $33/tree per month with additional charges for large specimens. If trees leave Tree Makers inside of the billed month, no discount is applied as boarding is applied on a month-to-month basis.

Tree purchases are non-refundable. This is considered agreed upon once a purchase is made.
Purchaser acknowledges that due to the continually changing nature of a living growing product, tree(s) may differ slightly in form and shape than in the photographs.
Upon acquisition of the tree(s) by the purchaser or nominated recipient and from that moment forward, Tree Makers releases all responsibility for health, life, and changes in the tree(s). We take no responsibility for the death of trees once they have left our care.
