Wiring is one of the most pivotal tools in the design process of Bonsai. It allows the manipulation of branches to construct creative designs and innovative work. Wire is a must for the bonsai practitioner’s toolbox.

Due to its smooth and soft texture, Aluminium wire is the preferred choice for trees that have a thin or more delicate bark and cambial layer. For example, maples, ficus, and most deciduous species require aluminium wire.
